Shipping Policy

Delivery times: Orders will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days for the Iberian Peninsula* and 2 to 10 business days for other destinations**. These time frames do not include order processing time.

Delivery hours: Deliveries are made Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays applicable to each region or country.

Delivery restrictions: Deliveries are made to the residential or business address provided by the user. Deliveries to post offices or hotels are not available. If the order incurs customs fees, these must be paid at the time of delivery.

Special note: For shipments to the Canary Islands, delivery times may be extended by 3 to 10 additional days due to customs controls. To speed up the process, please send us your ID to info@pilatusbrand.com.

In cases where physical delivery of the purchased goods is required, deliveries will be made within the following territory: Europe.

Except in cases of unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, or where product customization is involved, the purchase order consisting of the products listed in each purchase confirmation will be delivered within the timeframe indicated on the Website according to the shipping method selected by the User, and in any case, within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the order confirmation date.

If, for any reason attributable to PILATUS, delivery cannot be made on the expected date, the User will be contacted and given the option to proceed with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. In all cases, home deliveries are made on business days only.

If delivery cannot be completed due to the User’s absence, the order may be returned to the warehouse. However, the carrier will leave a notice explaining where the order is and how to request a new delivery.

If the User will not be at the delivery location during the agreed time, they must contact PILATUS to arrange delivery on another day.

If 30 days pass since the order was made available for delivery and it has not been delivered due to reasons not attributable to PILATUS, it will be understood that the User wishes to withdraw from the contract, which will therefore be considered terminated. As a result, all payments received from the User will be refunded, except for additional costs arising from the User’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered on the Website, without undue delay and in any case within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the contract is considered terminated.

However, the User should note that transportation costs resulting from the termination may be charged to them.

For the purposes of these Conditions, delivery will be deemed to have occurred, or the order will be deemed delivered, when the User or a third party designated by the User acquires physical possession of the products, which will be evidenced by signing the receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Risks related to the products will pass to the User upon delivery. Ownership of the products passes to the User when PILATUS receives full payment of all amounts due for the purchase, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, whichever occurs later.

In accordance with Law 88/1330 on Value Added Tax (VAT), purchase orders to be delivered and/or fulfilled will be considered located within the Spanish VAT territory if the delivery address is in Spain, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable VAT rate will be the legally valid rate at the time, depending on the specific product.
