Last week we did something different: we left the office and the entire Pilatus team went out for sushi.
It might seem like a simple plan, but these types of moments have a much greater impact than we imagine.
In our daily lives, amidst meetings, tasks, and goals, it's easy to focus solely on the professional and forget about something crucial: the people behind the team.
Sharing a meal outside the usual environment allowed us to pause, disconnect a bit, and, most importantly, get to know each other better.
And this isn't just "something nice"; it has a direct effect on how we work afterward. When there's trust, communication flows better. When there's a good atmosphere, commitment increases.
At Pilatus, we believe that building a good team doesn't just depend on individual talent, but also on the relationships created between us.
