The idea of recording the Traveller launch in Ibiza arose from a need: to convey, without words, what it means to break away from routine. To escape the chaos. To breathe. To return to yourself.
Ibiza seemed like the perfect place to us. Because time passes differently there. Because while in Madrid we go 100 miles an hour, in Ibiza everything flows. And because with the Traveller , that's exactly what we wanted to say: that sometimes, all you need to disconnect is a one-way ticket... and a good suitcase.
At 6:00 a.m. we were already at the airport. Helen, our videographer. Nuria, the model and soul of the video. And Paula, the social media manager and camera assistant. A small team, but full of enthusiasm. We flew out at 7:00 a.m. and an hour later we landed on the island. Straight to filming.
The plan was ambitious: airport, city, historic center, sea, all in one day. And, as always, the unexpected crept into the script. Yes, it rained in Ibiza. Who would have guessed? But we also laughed, improvised, and got excited. Because that's what real trips are like: imperfect, unforgettable.
Between takes, we had breakfast downtown, filmed with an old-fashioned video camera that gives the final result a very special touch, and continued exploring. Nuria also brought her own camera, capturing spontaneous moments of the day. Many of those photos ended up being part of the presentation video, giving a more intimate and real look at everything we experienced.
We ended up in a cove, with the sea in the background, and a feeling that cannot be explained: that of being exactly where we were supposed to be.
It was an intense 16 hours. Full of ideas, exhaustion, creativity… and the certainty that we were making something special.
This is just the beginning. But if this journey has taught us anything, it's that to experience great stories, sometimes all you need to do is take the first step.
